Here we removed a fiberglass roof deck that was failing causing a leak into the homeowners Art den. We removed all of the entire failed fiberglass decking, removed a second unnecessary layer of plywood, and install new insulation board, with EPDM roofing rubber on top. EPDM is a long-lasting Glue down roof system. A long warranty with less risk, as there is no fire to apply the system. This roof is also a maintenance free system, so no call backs and more bills later down the road. We then installed framing, and all necessary steps to keep the roof watertight.
